Lightstone
Lightstone is a lightweight cast stone product whose appearance is all but identical to that of our Artstone product range.
Manufacturing Process
Lightstone is manufactured using a mix of specially selected aggregates, cement, waterproofing agents and where required colouring pigments. As with our Artstone products, all units are cast into individual moulds then de moulded on patras boards to minimise distortion. The product is then hand finished for a sharp, clean finish.
Curing
All units are palletised, packed out using jiffy foam and shrink-wrapped to minimise movement. They are then transported to our curing shed for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Compression Strength
Average crushing strength of cubes tested 25mpa.

Heads T16
Cill T12
Galvanised and Stainless Steel to order.
All units manufactured comply with BS1217 Specification.
